Zeus Cloud Solutions — Drive Archive Utility
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This application is a private backup tool operated by one individual against that individual's own Google account. It collects no personal information from anyone, has no other users, and shares nothing with third parties.
The application requests one Google Drive permission,
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. That scope grants
access only to files the application itself creates.
It therefore cannot:
Within its own uploads, it writes archive files and reads them back to verify that each upload arrived complete and uncorrupted.
Files are written to one designated folder in the operator's own Google Drive. The data consists of archived research data files and a backup file containing source-code revision history. It is the operator's own material, stored in the operator's own account.
The application runs no server, keeps no database, and retains no copy of Drive content anywhere outside that account. Its authorization credential is held as an encrypted secret in the automation system that runs it, and is never written to source code or shared.
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Archives remain in the operator's Drive until the operator deletes them, directly in Drive. Because all stored files live in the operator's own account, deletion is entirely under the operator's control at any time.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account permissions page, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future uploads immediately; files already stored remain in Drive and are unaffected.
This application is not directed to children and is not accessible to any user other than its single operator.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date above.
Questions about this policy may be sent to the contact address listed on the application's Google consent screen.
